Dear Hiring Manager,

I am excited to be applying for the IT Help Desk Assistant position. I am a student at Algoma University studying Computer Science. During my training in the Data Analysis Course with ACT! at NorQuest College, I have built and expanded upon a variety of transferable digital economy skills. I've refined data skills such as working with a variety of modelling, data entry, file conversion, and data analysis. I have experience working with lamda, ICS, python, SAS. I believe that I have the technical skills and knowledge that it takes to be successful in this role.

As a Program Service Assistant with the YIELD program and as an Administrative Assistant at Can Corps, I was able to develop professional communication and client service skills. I take the time to analyze a problem and explore options to come up with a solution that will benefit the client. I work well in a team, and I am an active listener which helps me understand different points of views when working with different personalities.
