Branch Manager /Sales Representative for Marling’s Cabinet and Countertop division. Manage a satellite store which includes a showroom, offices, and warehouse. As a Manager I am responsible for two employees, which are both Inside Sales/Designers, and currently interviewing for another Outside Sales Representative. Oversee all financial and budgetary requirements of this satellite store. As a Manager, I participate in monthly Management meetings, providing updates on financials, sales (current/forecast), employees and building maintenance. Alongside Managing this satellite store, currently I am the Outside Sales Representative for this site, executing all the duties and responsibilities of this position.

Responsibilities include: all direct sales for Southeastern Wisconsin for both cabinets and countertops. Our company represents Merillat and Great Northern Cabinets along with laminate, granite, and solid surface countertops. As a sales representative my duties include measuring, designing with 20/20 CAD software for new/remodel kitchen and bathrooms: servicing the customer with on-time quotes, competitive pricing, on-time delivery and quality products. I assist in all order entry and logistical services. I schedule appointments both in the showroom and customer’s homes. I work closely with the contractors throughout the construction and perform follow-ups and troubleshooting as needed.

OCTOBER 2001-2010

SALES REP AND PURCHASING AGENT KITCHEN DISTRIBUTORS OF AMERICA, (NEW BERLIN)

Responsibilities included: purchasing for Merillat, Masco Cabinetry and Great Northern Cabinetry and selling laminate, marble, and solid surface countertops. Duties included designing, quoting, purchasing, and troubleshooting for all new and remodel kitchen and bathroom sales. I oversaw all daily office activities with detail to ordering, scheduling and delivery of these items.

INSIDE SALES AND PURCHASING – MIDSTATE SUPPLY (MENOMONEE FALLS)

Responsibilities included: working with both contractors and the public through inside sales. Designing, quoting, ordering, scheduling for delivery for both cabinets and countertops. The company represented both Aristocrat and Home Crest Cabinetry.
