Global Healthcare Alliance, a leading provider of end-to-end prospective bundled payment solutions serving healthcare providers, was purchased by Cedar Gate Technologies (provider of a value-based care performance analytic platform ISAAC) in 2018.

Business Intelligence Solutions Developer, Cedar Gate Technologies (Oct. 2018 – Jul. 2020)

Retained following merger of Cedar Gate Technologies and GHA. Continuing to build robust, turnkey BI Solutions, to ensure accurate, reliable, and actionable business decisions.

Supporting and maintaining existing BI systems. Implementing changes to existing BI systems.

Continuing to work with clients to build accurate and reliable analytic reports using the Power BI self-serve and Tableau applications.

Assisting in administering Business Objects environments having over three hundred reports and over one hundred weekly scheduled reports used by over thirty different business units.

Recruited by Global Healthcare Alliance to design and implement a Microsoft Business Intelligence (BI) solution, platform, to run con-currently with its existing database systems and later to design and develop data marts to facilitate analytic reports in BI. To build new reports in Tableau and Power BI while improving existing reports that were developed using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).

Working with senior management team, operation-level managers, accounting managers to develop a data infrastructure to provide access to information and expanding reporting capabilities.

Generating new reports and modifying existing reports (Dashboards, Drill through reports, Paginated reports) using the SQL Server Data Tools functionality in Visual Studio 2017.

Performing assessments on existing SSRS reports for accuracy, best fit and integration with the BI platform, using Multidimensional Data Expression (MDX) scripting language.

Assisting in development, roll-out, and maintenance of dashboards, both executive and management reporting, across all departments and across all internal and external divisions.
