Quantity Surveyor Cost Control Engineer - Experienced & Responsibilities

•Preparing the Interim Payment Application (IPA) as per actual progress to claim the progress value to maintain the healthy cash flow for the project.

•Evaluating, preparing & verification of Sub-contract’s payment, variation, payment certificate.

•Compare rates on subcontractors' quotations to finalize the LPO and involving Contract Administrator related to contractual correspondence.

•Preparing of detail variation submittal with relevant substantiation to the satisfaction of the Engineer and getting approval.

•Proactively involved in the preparation of extension of time requests.

•Participation in commercial meeting with Engineers & Client representative.

•Develop cost coded Structures for all WBS, Ensuring the Agreements with the allocated budgets, Plans and accurately assigned costs to designated item to provide better means for controlling day to day activities.

•Control and monitor project total expenditure by verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure the project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.

•Ensure utilize productive reports against CBS with the use of Candy Software system to monitor the status of all purchases, invoicing, and delivery up to the closure of the project.

•Coordinate with Project Planning Engineer & Quantity Surveyor related to achievement & forecast percentages and Cost Status.

•preparation of Cost control Sheet on each Quotation and LPOs to showing budget, incurred cost, CTC & CAC.

•Providing periodical report to the management to make early alarm the status of project on cost with JCR and CVR

•Perform cost analysis and advises to Project Manager and Board of management losses of budgets on cost break down structure

•Monitor and review Finance Accounts to ensure timely invoicing is done in an efficient manner. Languages
