SECURITY OFFICER

General Security Services Corporation – Bloomington, MN 09/07/2016 to present.

Completed certification training as required by the state of Minnesota. Have had First Aid and CPR / AED training every two years. Worked Target Field and the Roseville Community Center my first 2 months. I have been working security at the MN Dept. of Human Services in St. Paul since November of 2016. Duties are very similar to previous security position interior and exterior patrols of the building and parking lots, monitoring CCTV cameras and providing access control. In addition I handle calls from various alarm monitoring centers and dispatch Patrol Officers to respond to the alarms.

SECURITY OFFICER

Securitas Security Services – Roseville, MN 04/09/2015 to 09/02/2016

Completed certification training as required by the state. I was assigned to many different locations with job duties including foot patrols of client’s property looking for safety hazards, trespassers, any security breaches etc. Monitored CCTV cameras and provided access control. A couple of post examples are FOX 9 studios in Eden Prairie and Best Buy Corporate Headquarters in Richfield.

Drove a straight truck (Class B) and delivered tires and rims to customers on a route in central Minnesota (which include the Brainerd Lakes area). Performed work quickly and efficiently. Assisted with the loading of tires on other driver’s vehicles.

Drove a straight truck and delivered tires to automotive retailers in western and southwestern Minnesota (outside of the Twin Cities Metro area) as well as western Wisconsin. Always treated customers with courtesy and professionalism.
