Facility Maintenance - Golden Chip Factory

● Responsible for the management of services and processes that support the core business of the

Company.

● In charge of procurement and contract management, maintenance of building and grounds, cleanliness,

catering and vending, utilities and communication infrastructure.

● Prepare documents to put out tenders for contractors.

● Project management and supervising and coordinating work of contractors.

● Direct and planning essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving,

cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling.

● Planning best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings, or reorganizing current

premises.

● Checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and following up on

any deficiencies.

Duties & responsibilities:

Production

●Check and repair all air conditioning units.

●Installation of fire alarm systems. During operation to maintain and record any abnormalities to prevent machine breakdown during operation.

●Performs routine inspection

●Observes proper turnover to the next shift and double checking of process and systems to maintain smooth work flow.

●Informs and report to the Department Officers all needs and suggestions to ensure that all assigned task is being perform accordingly.

●Ensures that all tools and equipment are safe keep and in good condition to maintain continuous production work flow.

●Maintains cleanliness, orderliness and safety practices at workplace to ensure continuous production run.
