Job Title: Trainer & Rework Grinder
Duties/Skills: Trained 15 employees simultaneously throughout the day. Training includes showing employees how to grind, review tech cards, and how to perform quality control manuals in order for them to successfully pass their tests and modules to help them achieve their certifications in order for them to perform their job duties.
