A. Senior Planning Engineer in Field Development -Joint Operations: Chevron/KGOC, Wafra - Kuwait

•Coordination, Formulation/ Issue of Chevron and KGOC 5 & 30 Year Business Plans.

•Prepare, Issue, Monitor and Control the Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) Budget for Exploration and Development, Well Drilling, Workovers and Production Operations, averaging MM $300 per year to produce 20,000 Barrels of Oil per year.

•Prepare, Issue, Monitor and Control the Operational Expense (OPEX) Budget for Workovers, Well Services Reservoir Engineering and Production Operations activities, averaging MM $ 80 per year to Enhance Oil Production and Arrest Depletion.

•Ensure Achievement of Goals by Continuous Monitoring and Control of KPI’s, including among others: Oil and Gas Production, Forecast, Cost and Time of Wells Drilling and

Workovers, EHS Targets, HR Training, Produced Water Disposal, etc…

•Issue Cost Optimization Studies and Implement Projects as a result of such Studies.

•Technical Audits Coordination and Reporting for Kuwait State Audit Bureau.

•Prepare and Issue the Study for Wafra Gas Gathering System.

•Company Representative and Project Manager for Construction nd Commissioning of 50 MMSCFD of Fuel Gas system for Wafra Power Generation Plant (PGP).

•Design, Procurement and Construction of Oil Trunk Lines, Gas Lines and related Production Facilities (Separators, Scrubbers, Storage Tanks, Shipping Pumps, etc.

•Detail Designs and EPC Projects Specifications for Tenders.
