I operated the machines we used to make pita bread chips I operated the seasoning machine and oil machine always was training on other machines in the factory .I was in charge of measuring out the oil then carrying a giant tub up the ladder and dumping it into the barrel and then making sure the temp workers were doing there jobs right so my machine and line ran smoothly,I had to make sure all the supplies were stocked and that all the parts were washed out thoroughly after each product was ran expecially if we had to switch to an allergen .Then starting the machine and knowing when to turn up the pace or turn it down or to stop if someone on my line was having a problem and be able to properly inform them so this problem doesn't keep happening and also while keeping and eye on the oil levels so that the chips came out with the proper amount of oil on them and seasoning and use all 5 of my senses at all times while running everything in a timely fashion and meet a quota by the end of the shift. Always ensuring that my machine is clean and ingredients are stocked up and my paperwork is all filled out and check all the levels and ingredients are the right amount and always making sure my crew is working safely and at a good speed and that I am respected and we are all working together as a team is very important.
