Mental health practice and research highlights
1. Intern Psychologist- Worked at Harare hospital Psychiatric Unit as an intern clinical psychologist in fulfillment of the requirements of MS Clinical Psychology at the University of Zimbabwe. Duties include the diagnosis, treatment and management of mental disorders.
2. Psychologist intern – Was employed by counseling services unit clinic as an intern psychologist
Duties include counseling, documentation of clients, report writing, organizing events, meetings and workshops, filing, and research, drafting presentations, attending meetings, trainings and workshops on behalf of the organization.
5. Research Assistant- was employed by Solidarmed Zimbabwe as a research assistant. Screened HIV patients for depression and enrolled them into the clinical trial. Assessed patients at scheduled visits and referred them for further management if necessary.
6. Clinical Psychologist (Internship)- worked as a clinical psychologist at Annex Psychiatric unit. Did patient history take, screening, MSE, diagnosis, treatment, client rehabilitation and management
