• UC investigator : in this role I was tasked with using investigative techniques to uncover internal theft and dishonesty within the organization among the employee workforce. I was successful in rooting out those individuals responsible for theft and loss which resulted in terminations, arrests and other disciplinary actions. My efforts made a marked difference in overall shrinkage and loss to the organization’s bottom line in profits and workforce efficiency.
• Store Detective: In this role I was responsible for loss prevention from both internal and external entities, I employed both security and investigative best practices as tools to assist with the objective, I was successful in the recovery and theft prevention of thousands of dollars worth our organizational assets. My security/investigative techniques and methods were adopted company wide as the standard for keeping theft and shrinkage numbers consistently low which met aligned with organizational goals.
