ESPARS/ESPS:
The Extended Service Plan Analysis & Reporting System (ESPARS) is a SOX critical application which supports the ESP business through Sales & Marketing reporting, calculation of Incentive/Bonus payments, Pricing Analysis, Financial Analysis and the production of month end journal entry input figures and reconciliations. System also supports Ford Credit Insurance operations with the preparation of quarterly and year end income statements for reinsurance / retrospective agreement companies. ESPARS is a data-warehousing environment uses Teradata tables that are loaded from multiple source applications on the Facility C (mainframe).
Extended Service Plan System (ESPS) is an on-line computer system used to support the administration of the Ford Extended Service Plan (ESP). The ESP coverage offers protection against high repair costs after a vehicle is out of its manufacturer warranty period. Dealers sell the ESP product to retail customers. Most sales are from retail customers and often the contract is purchased at the same time they buy the vehicle. Fleets also purchase coverage for their company cars (e.g., Hertz). This application provides for the processing and maintenance of a significant volume of high margin revenue sales for the Ford Customer Service Division.
Roles and Responsibilities as Sr. Software Engineer
Prepare design document for Project enhancements or system software upgrade.
Analyze and debug the program to determine the issue and resolve them within the SLA.
Review the open tickets with business and IT to work on those tickets based on the priority.
Follow the AGILE process to plan and work on each user story and complete them within the Iterations.
Follow Ford control process and involve in control testing twice a year to make sure the system is in control as per S-Ox process.
Involved in Data model process for decommissioning obsolete tables or creating new tables in Teradata.

ePCW (Ford)
ePCW is a web-based (PERL) interface with Mainframe (IMS) as backend. It tracks Part, Cost and Weight of a forward model vehicle program. It integrates part, cost & weight info into WERS.
HROGC(Ford)
HROGC is an application which support all the HR related information for Payroll, Plant and vehicle information belongs to NA(North America) and Canada. I am working in AXZ and CVMS applications as below.
Roles and Responsibilities as Technical Manager
