Responsible for day-to-day operations of the recreational facility, including patron and fitness class participation tracking, timely problem resolution, as well as answering any fitness related questions that arise. Key Responsibilities:

● Collected and monitored patron metrics, such as time of entry and duration, as well as fitness class participation to provide data for proposed annual recreation budgets

● Supervised gym patrons to enforce all department and facility policies, as well as worked to resolve conflicts amicably

● Effectively answered questions about general fitness, the fitness center, and other recreation programming on campus

● Administered CPR, First Aid, and other medical services to injured customers, as well as report the incident to have it properly documented

● Constantly shifted work positions within the fitness center, changing position expectations and responsibilities as needed
