Auditing lottery tickets between sifts to prevent theft. Ticketing faulty machinery. Responsible for safety of associates. Responsible for customer service of associates and myself.

No, we have not been able to solve every problem. But customer service includes reassuring that we will find a solution when one becomes available, and we are using resources to find one. LEADERSHIP
