Develop the technical requirements for the embedded firmware for audio-based industrial sensors using AI-based machine learning technologies such as decision trees, support vector machines (SVM), and complex neural net (CNN). Analyze long-term trends in occupancy oriented building control technologies and building occupants behaviors and identify pain points and potential new products & services.

Develop and test video-based environmental and building occupancy comfort sensors using TensorFlow framework and APIs for measuring the CNN model performance.

Develop and test WiFi-based audio censor devices for the residential homes, combining camera-based video monitoring devices with audio/microphone-based analytics techniques in order to detect the special audio events in the residential hone environments.
