Coupa Contingent Workforce is one of the vendor management systems that offers the method of hiring and managing labour. Through the use of SOWs, Requisitions, Timesheets, Expense Sheets, and Invoices, Smart Track users may manage the cost of hiring contingent labour and procuring services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Involved in Requirement Discussion with Product Owner and Dev Team.

Understanding the Functional Requirement Specifications .

Analyzed business, functional requirements and translated them into test Cases.

Vendor management system software with highest quality is called "Smart Track." The vendor-supplier relationship is managed using the Smart Track software. The primary modules includes i.e Requisitions, SOW, Contract Employees, Onboarding, and Invoice, Timesheets, etc.For the administration of Contract Workers for Vendors through Suppliers, Smart Track offers a comprehensive and end-to-end solution. The application tracks all information regarding Contract Workers, including their onboarding, offboarding, timesheets, and invoice monitoring. About 70 clients from around the world are supported by the Smart Track application.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Worked on data migaration validations for Google customer.

Understanding the Functional Requirement Specifications.

Verify the Frontend Application function as per the data Imported.

Defect reporting and tracking by using TFS.

Preparation of Weekly status reports like Module wise Bug Report, Test Summary Report for sending across to the Team

Verify the data in DB and application. Data Validity and Integrity.
