I worked in the kitchen making all of the food items, I operated the cash register, I unloaded truck orders. I made donuts, I counted the safe, I stocked dry storage and freezers. Then I was trained as a shipping clerk, making b.o.l's for the truck companys. I would call trucklines and let them know what we would have for them to pick up and what time it would be ready.
