a)Project Manager – Managed projects with factories in U.S. and China to produce store fixtures. Lead PM on CVS Beauty Lab store fixture reset. Units were produced using metal, wood, laminates and integrated LED lighting. Also produced new tooling and injection molded parts with LED lighting for wall and floor fixtures. Approved first article of all parts for production. Managed packaging, labeling and shipping from factory to match POG installations per store location. Managed 3PL to meet installation crew needs in each store location.

b)Purchase raw materials for manufacturing using engineering drawings and BOM. Issue work tickets for manufacturing floor. Work with production on quality of production parts and ensure on time delivery and on budget of finished goods. Develop and manage spreadsheets to effectively communicate status of production jobs.
