Qualifications: I have worked in a school setting for several years. I was a teachers Aide in the behavioral unit. We had to teach in different ways for those kids who had a more difficult time learning. To a site Director for an after-school program where I was in charge of hiring, book keeping, lesson planning etc. I also was in the child development sector where I was an instructor, coach, van driver, lesson planner, and site director.
