This project was both for Mining company plant.

-Wyoming- Genesis Alkali Mining Plant, shut down began with de installing 10” carbon steel. And installing new 14” carbon steel. Connections with to field storage tanks to 4 pumps location at ground level. Install new pipe supports and shoes to support the weight.

-Arizona- Freeport Copper Mine, this shutdown, I perform to work and change or install new equipment, piping or clean out on floatation area. duties and work to change out supports, pumps, clean separation vessels. Area was de commission till work and everything, & equipment had been inspected.

TIC -Delta, Utah

Working at this project for TIC was for Intermountain Power Plant expansion for green energy, get certification for poly piping fusion, from 1” – 64” poly pipe. Set underground piping on location with specifications on coordinates. Along with new shutoff valves and inspection before buried.

Started this project with 3 days of MSHA Training and certification, Install brand new piping system to separate rare earth minerals, along with new supports, valves, and bolt up. Build to fabrication of iso and P & ID’s, and field verification to get the correct measurement of installation. Day to day operations involves team work and good communication with work crew. Finish job and went on the next.

Working with sundt, I experienced a lot of de-installing hazards material, working at intel whole different experience. First couple months was difficult adjusting wearing hazards suits along with full respirator, later during the year we starting installing carbon steel pipe, copper and stainless. Layouts, install, fits and bevel pipe begin. Along with prefabricating and verifing elevations and hard measurements.

Cortez, INC – Las Vegas, NV

Working for Cortez, we expanded Pepsi Co operations facility, fitted up sch 10 stainless pipe ranging from to 12 inch pipe. Operate man lifts/ scissors lifts because 90 percent of the job was elevated work. Also do layouts to put on coordinates and prefabricated on ground, and the rest were field welds.

Worked in Honeywell Gesimar Louisiana assembling, fabrication and installing carbine steel/stainless steel pipe. Read ISO, pipe special blue prints, support detail prints, and P & ID’s. Located coordinates on pipe packages to turn over to client. Makes sure every fit is level, plum, and square.

With Excel, we fabricate carbon and stainless pipe from inch to 30 inch pipe, with butt-weld and socket welds. Install and fabricate pipe supports and pipe shoes also, along with hangers and bolt up vessels and valves. Read the details on ISO’s as well before completing the task.

PLC Construction—Kermit, TX September 2019-Decmeber 2019

With PLC construction, we build small compressor station that hook up to the well head after drilling. Fab and install flow lines to the well head to the separators. Along with air lines to the compressor. Install all the screw piping systems to the pumps. Layouts for all piping on water/oil tanks.

Being an employee with wood group, we fab and install piping system on existing compressor stations. Would take measurements on spools per ISO and calculate of how much pipe is needed. Also, we had to exam the field verification on elevations.

My work with delta required me to read ISO, layout coordinates for pipe racks, vessels, and water/oil tank batteries. Also take field verifications on unknown spools and elevation. As I was taking measurements, id have my welder fab up the spools and install along with pipe supports.
