● Currently working in a claims processing app that deals from warranty creation, claim filing, resolution, and other claim related things end to end. The application is tested from two perspectives. Customer flow which is basically a plan portal that lets the customer login and perform some actions. The other is the agent flow in Salesforce application. Here, the agents help the customer who is online to file a claim for an issue found in the product, set an appointment to have the product repaired in home or at a service center nearby, etc. The interaction of this Salesforce side of application is with ServicePower, which is a third party application for the vendors to accept or reject the appointment set for the customer product repair.

Enterprise Claim System (ECS) Automation helps increase the efficiency, productivity, and quality of the testing by improving the level of automation and reusability in individual test cases as well as overall test environment. The main aim of this project is to automate the entire manual functional test case for all the screens.
