Work with Revenue Cycle, registration, providers, and payors to reduce denials and write offs. Participate in both System and facility work groups.

Coordinate, develop, and provide education for the frontline staff and leaders at the individual facilities. I assist in on-boarding new leaders, and offer continued support and guidance as required. Contribute to the system goals by working with the interdisciplinary team. Assist in reviewing, monitoring, and enhancing workflows to ensure compliance, efficiency, and identify areas for improvement both in individual performance and processes. Have led several work groups to improve documentation, while reducing frontline burden. Continue to work with EPIC to improve reporting. Complete and distribute multiple performance dashboards, and ad hoc reports.

Performed as a liaison for the family practice resident group. Responsible for managing difficult and time-consuming cases to allow care managers to focus on other patients. In this role I also assisted in building the case management specific electronic documentation, the transfer center and developed the emergency room care management program.
