Managed local pipeline and telecommunications subcontractors in terms of scope of work, schedule, cost control, and management of change (MOC).

Provided both technical and commercial interface with main Project Office.

The Pipeline Renewal Program (also known as the Pipeline Integrity Program) was a mandate from the Department of Justice. The program was one of the highest priority and most visible suite of projects within CPAI.

The primary purpose of this program was to replace identified corroded sections of pipe that could trigger de-rate conditions.

Key Initiatives and Achievements:

Identified, documented, and communicated client requirements.

Led project team in identification of project risks and opportunities. Guided the development of opportunities and risk management actions. Monitored closure of all identified risks and opportunities.

The purpose of this project was to replace an existing, oversized 10,000gallon sulfuric acid storage tank and pumping system with a suitable 446gallon, stainless steel IBC tote acid supply tank and pumping system.

Managed the team’s execution of the preliminary design phase through closeout.

Monitored workflow and made timeline adjustments as needed.

Coordinated with client to gather requirements and manage expectations.

Alyeska Pipeline Service Company (APSC), Valdez: Electronic Measuring and Control System Program

The purpose of this project was to replace the existing Daniels Metering Systems at Valdez Incoming inside the Trans Alaska Pipeline System (TAPS) Marine Terminal with a site-specific Electronic Measurement and Control (EMAC) System and also upgrade the current EMAC prototype to be a permanently installed EMAC Test and Development System at the OCC Anchorage facility.
