Work Experience

Worked as a Cashier for Pheroze Framroze & Co. Pvt Ltd (Forex Divison) from 1994 till 2004. Later promoted as a Supervisor from 2004 till Nov 2022.

Job Profile : Cashier

Handling of Indian Rupee Cash and Foreign Currencies.

Co-ordinating with Travellers coming to buy and sell foreign currencies.

Preparing Invoices of Travellers (buying and selling) at the forex counter located at International and Domestic Airport.

Supervisor

Co-ordinating via telephonic with Corporate Clients / Common people for their forex requirements.

Replying to queries via mails sent by Corporate Clients with regards to their requirements and thus sending them the description of foreign currencies and meeting their needs.

Coordinating with our delivery staff, scheduling their work for the day and to make sure the Corporate as well as common people requirements are fulfilled.

Preparing the final report on daily basis.
