About me: I am an incoming university student about to study Urban Design. I am currently seeking a barista position where I can connect with my customers better while curating their personalized beverages. I want to be part of an institution that respects the quality of the product being sent out. I am a trained barista in espresso drinks, tea and tea lattes, drip coffee, and cold brews. I assisted customers with their orders and specific dietary restrictions. I also prepared beverages, food items and put together delivery bags. In addition, I maintained a safe, clean, and professional workspace. During my downtime, I helped restock and replace inventory. I always communicated with a friendly and positive attitude with customers. When new customers came in, I made sure to make them feel welcome and helped them look through the menu.
