ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Quantity Surveying:

Evaluating tender documents, drawings, & schedules.

Preparation of Queries for the packages from the clients.

Quantity take-off for all elements based on pricing preambles and compiling the tender BOQ with description.

Preparation of BOQ, contract documents, Estimation and pricing activity.

Comparison Studies based on suppliers Quotations.

Negotiations with suppliers & sub-contractors on technical and commercial aspects of product.

Project Planning, Designing and Site Execution:

Design construction projects by studying project concept, architectural drawings and models

Prepares engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans and schedules

Determine project costs by calculating labor, material and related costs

Undertaking technical studies including site investigations

Resolving design & development problems and using a range of computer software for developing detailed designs and shop drawings

Proposal of Architectural 2D and 3D Design’s including Elevations and Sections as per client and consultant requirements

Proposal of Detailed shop drawings

Proposed Building AS Built Drawings Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and sub contractor’s

Prepare Project base line program, project activities and Schedules

Prepare Structural Design’s and analysis including reinforcement detailing

Prepare detailed Bar Bending schedules and shop drawings

Prepare invoice or to review according to project contractual requirement

Responsible to prepare and maintain lesson learned throughout the whole project

Prepare Daily reports, Weekly reports, Monthly reports, Drawing Logs and Material Logs

Prepare MIR, WIR, Concrete Pouring request and IR Thanks, and Regards
