Evaluation of Microbiological Quality of Raw Milk from Farmers and Dairy producers in Three districts of Andhra Pradesh

Plant Tissue Culture

• The project was aimed at using The Agrobacterium Transformation and Transferring genes into the Plants to introduce various characteristics.

• Managed the entire project from preparation of media to cultivation of plants.

• Understanding the Immunogenicity of antigens in Neurocysticercosis

• The focus of the project was to detect better potent antigens and standardize a gold standard method for diagnosis of Neurocysticercosis.

• Collected patient samples, prepared antigens, performed complete tests and analyzed the results.
