I assist in running the daily operation of the facility. I directly supervise 40 staff members on a daily basis. I am responsible for maintaining the campus cleanliness and sanitation of the buildings, offices, classrooms, laboratories and equipment as well as building entrances and exterior, daily report detailing, staff evaluations, garbage compactor operation, snow removal, staff training. I orchestrated and delegated the daily work activities of 15 staff members. One of my main responsibilities was remodeling and cleaning units/apts. for clients and residents to move into. Also, my duties included snow removal, floor stripping, waxing, mopping, dusting, minor repair, compactor operation, painting, compounding and cleaning. I also took part in the ordering and delivering of supplies.
