As an Assistant General Manager my role is to make sure i am following all of our guidlines and expectations within our restaurant and
making sure i respect all decisions taken by our General Manager. start planning my week by projecting sales, labor and our liquor
sales goals. make sure that all of our budgets given from our P&L are also met. direct all our managers to postion to make sure that
we reach our goal within every department. am also in charge to make sure that all of our invoices are up to date and paid on time and
that we stay within our budget. Food cost is a big focus of mine as well, making sure that our prep and line cooks follow our recipes and
guidelines. Servers are my department and keep track of their PPA and serving skills to insure that we are giving great service to our
customers.
