Reviewing of vendor documents related to procurement.

Raising Technical Clarifications after reviewing vendor offer and following-up to TBE.

Preparation of TBEs for TG, PG, F&G Detectors, PSV’S, Nuclear level Transmitter, GWR Level Instruments, Ultrasonic and Coriolis Mass Flowmeter.

Co-ordinating with Procurement Team for Inputs from Vendor.

Updating Instrument Database with latest issued P&IDs.

• Preparation of Instrument Index from P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) using Aveva.

• Updating Instrument index for each and every new issue of P&IDs from process department and Vendors.

Allotting Tag Nos. for each and every type of detectors as per AVEVA Implementation Procedure.

Once all tags are taken into AVEVA, preparing Instrument Index by taking an extract from AVEVA index module.
