Role -
As Scrum Master for AH, my role is to facilitate the planning, integration and delivery initiative. My focus is leveraging Agile principles and values to enhance AH’s business value. I work closely with stakeholders to understand their goals and objectives for the transformation. We identify areas for improvement and determine the technology solutions that would best support these goals. So as a servant leader, I facilitate collaboration, create an environment that fosters transparency and continuous improvement and ensure the integration of these solutions, enabling my teams to work e ciently to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities –
● Conduct interviews, send out questionnaires, facilitate JAD workshops with AH users to identify and document business problems, define the business values, and scope solutions in collaboration with BAs.
● Support BAs in performing business process assessments to understand and analyze the organization’s current state (as-is) and define the desired future state (to-be), conducting GAP analysis.
● Implement and monitor the transformation roadmap as agreed, refining and incorporating feedback and lessons learned at each Program Increment (PI) to align with their vision and refine the project vision after each PI, based on feedback.
● Facilitate matrixed teams, including on-site and o -shore developers, while supporting BAs and PO throughout the development life-cycle to execute the transformation roadmap with consideration for dependencies, constraints, risks and impediments.
● Collaborate with PO and my teams to refine the project vision after each PI, based on stakeholders’ feedback.
● Assist BAs in translating use cases into comprehensive functional requirements for developers and testers, including user stories, test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
● Coach my teams on the benefits of adopting Agile principles and values, team norms and best practices to enable successful project delivery.
