I’m an individual with a variety of military skill that I have accumulated for the last 34 years of my military career, I was a member of the 2-192nd Filed Artillery for 13 years in Danbury and Naugatuck, CT, then I was a member of the 192nd NBC Battalion in New Haven, CT for 2 years, then became Military Police with the 643rd MP Company, for 7 years, after that I went to be a S-1 or Human Resources NCO for Battalion and Brigade from 2011-to 2020, with many different assignments which involved CBRNE training that often with work with different agency like local police, firefighter department, HLS, FBI and State Police, and before I retired I work for the 143rd RSG which I deploy in 2020 -2021 and retired at the end of February

The unit’s responsibilities include leading the reception, staging, onward movement, and integration of supporting forces, managing facilities, and providing administrative, medical, and logistical support for troop services on a base camp. The brigade’s ten companies provide support for units during homeland security, homeland defense and other civil support missions.

I’m the Safety and CBRNE NCO for the whole Brigade in our current deployment in Jordan, I’m responsible for all the units safety and CBRNE training in Jordan, also operates as the Battle CPT for my second shift, also I manage and oversee all current operations to include ASG-J Battle Desk and other high priority operations, also manage the second shift at the Battle Desk and ensure smooth flow of information between shifts and the command team and ensure 24 hour operations of TOC activities. Manage daily military training operations of 151 Soldiers from a company to battalion. In charge of all the soldiers that belong to company and the battalion making sure they are ready to train, also make sure soldiers attend to military schools, and get their equipment ready and most important get paid. Coordinated training with other battalions for the year as an Operations Sergeant. Manages daily operations and administration of the 192nd MP Battalion. Advice the Commander on Training, Logistics, Personnel, and Unit Mobilization Readiness Requirements, ensure my Unit develop, update, and maintain comprehensive Mobilization Plans including Annual Post Mobilization Training Support Report, the Unit Alert Roster, and the Unit Home Station Activity List. Obtain all required data for the Unit Status Report and assists the Commander in preparing readiness reports. Monitors equipment on hand and the equipment readiness status of the Unit. Supervised internment facility operations reviewed and established procedures for counseling, management, training, and employment of military prisoners in internment/correction facility and the United States Disciplinary Barracks; established and supervised implementation of internment operational procedures and treatment programs within internment/correction facility and the United States Disciplinary Barracks. Assisted with supervision, accountability, and management of internees, and provided external security to internment/corrections facility; supervised, counseled, and assisted in managing internee operations in internment/correction facilities; supervise internment facility operations, counseling, management, training, and employment of military prisoners in internment/corrections facility and the United States Disciplinary Barracks. As CBRNE specialist I trained to deal with weapons of mass destruction, including the defense against WMD as well as response and decontamination procedures in the case of the chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear event. This training includes the use of CBRN decontamination, defense, detection, and monitoring equipment. Specialists are trained in the wear and use of protective equipment during exposure to toxic agents. As a CBRN specialist learned proper defense actions and procedures, as well as hazardous material certification (at the awareness level). Review and meet or exceed the unit's mobilization readiness objectives; acts as the Commander's representative when voicing concerns related to readiness; prepare for and recommend solutions to unit deployment requirements; coordinate daily with all other unit support functions to ensure readiness evolves with the mission, policy, and directives; monitor medical readiness of all personnel and oversees the unit Family Care Plan program; ensure the unit is always in the highest state of readiness Served as a Howitzer Section Chief in a M119A3 Howitzer Section in the 2/192nd FA; prepared howitzer for direct and indirect fire; supervised the handling and care of ammunition; supervised operator and crew maintenance of the howitzer, prime mover and all section equipment valued more than

Managing the daily operations of the Administration section which support the Regimental Training Institute (RTI) the Headquarters and 3 Battalions with responsibilities for Officer Candidates School and Warrant Officer Candidates School across the eight states region, also responsible for include personnel accountability and strength reporting pay unit roll, track medical readiness, also advise the Administrator Officer, Human Resource Warrant Officer, the S-1 Officer, Commanders and other staff members on the personnel and administrator matters and last; Admin NCO and Decontamination NCO among training with Survey and Operations. Serving as decontamination, and administrative logistics supervisor for the 14th Weapons of Mass Destruction Civil Support Team. I have successfully planned, developed, and coordinate decontamination training for WMD (Weapons of Mass Destruction) hazards CBRNE (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive) events for specialized units in the specific State of Connecticut. Provide internal evaluation training exercises for Army National Guard (ARNG) CST CBRNE response unit survey and decontamination teams to ensure their ability to safely operate assigned equipment; conduct survey, and sampling operations.
