UNC Rex Hospital

2014-2015: Volunteer in Patient Transport, Front Desk Services and Pet Therapy. Transported guests and patients to and from various areas in the hospital to their healthcare destination. Provided assistance throughout various departments in any manner necessary. Provided pet therapy for patients, bringing a sense of warmth and care to their stay at Rex Hospital.
Raleigh First Assembly
2006 – 2011: Member Care and Administration Management: Oversaw the day-to-day operations of a 1,500 member church. Organized guest connection, fellowship events, galas and fundraisers, including procuring catering, volunteer recruitment, promotion, etc. Organized air-travel, hotel and concierge services for out-of-town speakers, and pastors. Wrote customer service curriculum and conducted training classes to new volunteers and employees. Taught financial management classes.
North Carolina State Wildlife Commission
2001 – 2015: Licensed Small and Large Mammal Rehabilitator: Cared for orphaned or injured wildlife until successfully released back into the wild. Responded to numerous calls each day, made by concerned citizens. Met with individuals and assessed each case to ensure proper care was provided. Collaborated with wildlife officers and leaders with NC Wildlife Resources to provide services and advice for NC wildlife. Trained new licensed rehabilitators.
Trinity Academy of Raleigh
2008-2010: Assistant Theatre Director: Arranged all elements of behind-the-scenes production, including costuming, makeup, set design, and dialect coaching. Assisted department director in any additional tasks necessary.
Wake County Public School System
1995-2008: Substitute Teacher. Provided substitute education across all subjects and grade levels, assisted students in the completion of daily assignments.
