Customer Service Tech

Work for both MCI and Verizon as service tech handling customers networks 2000 to 2012. Have sales knowledge from working for Aqua Tred 1990 to 1999. Also handle customer service dealing with customer promoting product and use. This was in horse racing industry. Very high pressure and lucrative business.
