My daily duties included scheduling of production, Purchasing, Boil, Bleach, Boil of 250 to 500 gallon kettles, which we cooked varies products in daily .Refracting and brick reading, which is reading of food solids in product. My sanitation team daily cleaned each kettle after use with a high grade of soaps, foams and a swab test which I verified each time this was done. I worked within USDA, FDA and FSMA standards and helped with AIB Auditing, and Inventory Control.

I worked one on one with customers on a daily basis meeting customer’s guidelines as the customer requested, supervising. Interviewing, hiring and terminating of employees.
