Complete general maintenance repair needs at the facility

Perform basic plumbing, electric, HVAC, welding, floor repair, and any other maintenance needs related to designated property

Maintain the grounds, facility and equipment in a safe and efficient manner and in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards

Complete grounds maintenance which may include trash clean up, sweeping, landscaping, pressure washing, etc.

Responsible for troubleshooting maintenance problems to identify issues and necessary repairs; escalates requests as necessary to the appropriate maintenance specialization such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.
