Abu Dhabi International Airport Catering Oct 93 - Till to date Working with Abu Dhabi International Airport Catering as Senior catering officer service logistic Moderate in-flight kitchen serves the Airlines operating at Abu Dhabi International Airport producing wide range of sophisticated International Cuisines, special diet meals, special selection for children and in-house preparation of breads and pastries. The unit is dedicated in providing passengers with finest quality food, artfully prepared in hygienic conditions and tailored to customer's individual requirements.
Responsibilities are:
Ø Working as flightsupervisor, catering experience as a pre-setter, meal pickup dispatching, flight handling, operation office handling as an office coordinator, Loadand unload and stowcatering loads from/on aircrafts, transfer catering loads on the aircrafts, transfer the catering loads between the aircraftand agreed points, flightschedule handling & cabin crewfood handling.
Ø Responsible to arrange storagefacilities of spare catering equipment, consumable material, food stockand bar stock.
Ø Responsible to provide bonded, unbounded air conditioned, cold and deep freezer storage accommodation.
Ø Cleaning services forthe removable catering equipment, laundering of cabin blanket and linen, removeand or destroy food and material leftover as per the local regulations and or carrier instructions.
Ø To supply of the food to the aircraft, provides a wide selection of products and services including laundry, dry storesitems, duty freeitems, newspapers, magazines, airline amenities and toiletries.
Ø Hygiene, which is of paramount importance in any food organizationdealing withthe preparation and serving of food.
Ø Manage and co-ordinatethe daily activities; planning & executing tasks. Ø Manage all administration tasks within the FBO department& leads a teamof staff and ensures correct procedures are followedand in line with the operations procedures manual. 1
