Responsibility included to ensure each customer’s Site-to-Site WAN connectivity via AT&T’s MPLS cloud. The process includes establishing PVCs between customer’s National or International sites. Connectivity is established via customer’s unique VPN ID e.g. CUST_VPN1_AP. Routing is established using BGP between client and AT&T.

Validated technical orders from customers and documenting complete project details like Visio diagram, configuration etc. This included Site Resiliency, routers and router specific IOS and hardware, circuits, routing protocols and class of service on a worldwide MPLS network. This managed service was layer 3 only.
