2019:
• Venture Associate – Green Prosperity Group (Contract, Cross Border Investments to China): Interviewed startups and mid-size companies to invest and take to China.
• Attended bay area expos like TiECon, IoT Conferences and submitted the startups that match our investment standards to our manager.
• Was seconded to China and got back learning more about their industry needs. 2018 – 2019
• ERA/ GUN – Chief Marketing Officer – GUN is a decentralized database platform that was searching for a high-volume user. I developed a partnership through cold outreach with Internet Archive leading to 10 million hits.
Highlights:
1. Spoke at India’s biggest TED like platform InkTalks and spoke of the product GUN and decentralized databases and their applications to decentralized web. 2. Wrote published articles/ announcements on Coindesk(US), Techcrunch(US), Electronics for you (India) 3. Single handedly forged the partnership of GUN technology with Internet Archive (archive.org) and lead the conversation to completion, integrated our technology for demo at Decentralized web summit 2018. 4. Was in the same core team with the first known contributor to Bitcoin – Martti Malmi - Our CEO Raised 2.6 million dollars from Tim Draper with the core team. 5. Spoke at Decentralized web summit 2018, arranged interview with the technical writer of HBO’s show Silicon Valley.
2018 – 2019
• Head teacher – Taught at Turin, Italy’s pioneer 10 day entrepreneurship workshop, I was their Rapid Prototyping head, deeply connected with Italy’s startup ecosystem. Highlights:
1. Mentored and produced 15 viable startups ready with prototypes. 2. Taught at CERN, Geneva at their startup incubator Ideasquare, and mentored startups solving global issues such as microplastics.
2017 – 2018
• Own venture “WhiteHouseSF” – Bay area’s first immigrant women-centric co-working space. Highlights:
1. Built bay area’s first women-centric co-working space, got exclusively covered in San Francisco Business times, Financial times.

• Attended Draper university – Personally mentored by Tim Draper, a Silicon Valley Billionaire VC, hand-picked as one of only 42 entrepreneurs around the globe.
• The only recipient in my batch of “Tim Draper Women Entrepreneurship Scholarship” given to one female entrepreneur per cohort, my pitched startup on the decentralized web was judged in the top 10. 2016 – 2017
• Luxottica - Technical Program Manager (Corporate innovation) [Bay area] - Worked with the VP of wearable technology, Luxottica. Handled the primary research & management/discovery of prototypes of Camera + AR wearable spectacles (Facebook and Luxottica have announced a partnership for their AR glasses in 2019)
• Fidl – Invented a smart fabric to take body’s measurement real-time, for fitness, diabetes-based swelling- management, online shopping for women’s clothes. Pitched the product to the VP of wearable tech, Luxottica, and got offered a job.
• Authored a paperback book for Packt Publishing “Arduino for kids” aimed towards student community in India, consciously kept the bill of materials at a middle-class affordable price of Rupees 1000, ($16) adding 8 experiments for the children to perform.
2015-2016
Ayda Inc (Contract market strategy) – Ayda was a medical-technology startup fresh out of San Francisco based top Accelerator Highway 1. I found new use cases for non-invasive Basal Body temperature measuring thermometer – Fertility tracking, miscarriage alert/indicator, thyroid problem management, after surgery temperature monitoring. 2014 – 2015
Arrived in USA and spent the 6-month work-visa wait time volunteering for the non-profit Cloud security alliance – Lead and published one whitepaper after surveying startups, produced a checklist of basic security questions hardware startups can ask themselves “13 steps to design secure IoT” 2010 – 2014
Arduino is an open-source programming board with contributions from a global community.
• Transferred-responsibility of my open hardware company located in Bangalore, India to Arduino SA Italy – Retired as Managing Director, Arduino-India
• Brought in investment from Arduino SA. Hired a team of engineers in India.
• The company was giving global customer support to Arduino products.
• Noted as the FIRST INDIAN WOMAN to start an open hardware company in India. Started contributing to Arduino since 2009

• Tarantismo creative dance company – Collaborated for theatrical electronics using Arduino for their annual show “Believe” [Bangalore]
