(Multiple states and countries) – currently serving as a youth programs coordinator at Immanuel Seoul Church in Gwangju, South Korea.

DUTIES: Public speaking, engagement, team leading, and family and student outreach. Assisted families, including those with special needs and developed student lessons plans; coordinated youth activities, and supervised volunteers and teachers. Furthermore, I assumed a leadership role in executing significant education and personnel programs, leading them to successful outcomes. PAST POSITIONS:

1) Unit Family Coordinator – 06/2010- 05/2013 – Unit family readiness group coordinator for the 302d BSB and additional units and activities. Family human services coordinator. DUTIES: Organized family events and maintained records in accordance with unit and Army policy. Conducted family case management to monitor program outcomes and ensured families received Army program support. Ensured military families had access to resources and programs, and were familiar with Army policies affecting families, i.e. Tricare and DEERs enrollment, and AR 608-75, The Exceptional Family Member Program. Served as the official liaison for the unit to family members. Assisted during deployments, crises and emergencies to ensure timely communication with unit family members. Key Accomplishments: Recognized for family program support by multiple current Army General Officers including the 302d BSB Commanders, LTC Anthony McQueen (now BG McQueen) and LTC Adrian Gamez (see recommendation letter). Recognized by the Battalion Commander, LTC Milford Beagle (now LTG Beagle – Combined Arms Center Commander).

2) English Teacher and translator – 04/1998 – 06/2004 – Translated for major Korean companies and taught elementary school English.

DUTIES: As part of my responsibilities, I developed Programs of Instruction (POIs) and designed curriculum tailored to the needs of 17 students. I effectively managed case files for each student to monitor and track their learning outcomes. In the classroom, I imparted lessons on grammar, writing, and reading comprehension, fostering a positive attitude and instilling a passionate mindset for learning. Additionally, I conducted comprehensive student assessments and efficiently managed records and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Key Accomplishments: Interviewed the Mayor of Montgomery, Alabama in preparation for a new Hyundai factory to be built in the United States. Served as a language instructor, training employees of the British American Tobacco Company. Manage student case files. Served as a translator assisting the company of Hyundai with translation services.
