serepresentative. From January 1,1963

© February 21924. 1 got laid I used to attend to

customers over the phone to attend to the

customers needs or inquiry or taking orders and

also placing them. Then I would place them and

seé if the products are available or no then if

they were not available I would call them to tell

them +o select a replacement.

I went +o work for Avon on January 2, 2020 -

January 2, 2220 T left the job because of the

pandemic and I was a customer service

representative taking orders through chat or e

mail or video once T had a bad experience with a

customer. Cause she was not happy that the

product was not available to order that she saw

om line. Then T said look sometimes they show

the product on line cause they havent updated in

the website she said okay I always try to help

the customers when I can.
