The tilt-up structure includes a second floor mezzanine overlooking the main showroom, café, design center, warehouse area and loading docks.

Orange Bowl Field @ Moore Park- Synthetic Turf Sports Facility/Field House Joint venture project with Orange Bowl Committee and The City of Miami. We renovated the existing football field and track to state of the art “Desso Turf” field and all-weather track. A new masonry structure was added that also included dressing rooms, concessions and a second floor press box. Mid-Cape Corporate Center- Class “A” Office Building- 68,000 s.f. This three story tilt-up project included integral concrete cornice and crown details. The interior common areas included high-end millwork and stone flooring and accent walls. Westlinks #9 Class “A” Office Building-28,000 s.f. This two story tilt-up project had high-end common area finishes, elevator, poured concrete second floor deck and structural steel skeleton.

Riverview #9- Class “A” Office Building-14,000 s.f. This single story masonry office building was built on waterfront of the Imperial River. It has high-end interior finishes, a deck overlooking the water and a grand stone façade. Alessi Medical Center- Medical Facility – 16,000 s.f. This two story tilt-up project consisted of four individual medical suites with a small common area. It has a poured concrete deck, structural steel frame and wood trussed roof.
