Project Description:

Designer Brands is one of North America’s largest designers, producers and retailers of footwear and accessories. Our primary concept, DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse, offers brand name and designer dress, casual and athletic footwear and accessories. The first store opened in 1991 in Dublin, Ohio. Today, DSW operates more than 500 stores in 44 states. Designer Brands also operates several retail concepts in Canada, including The Shoe Company and Shoe Warehouse, which provide a convenient footwear solution for the whole family, as well as DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse – nearly 150 locations in all.

Responsibilities:

Analyzing the User Stories and planning the User Stories to be completed in the particular Sprint

Daily schedule the run batch in selenium for testing

Developing BDD test using Cucumber

Uploaded test cases in JIRA, then executed test cases and logged defects

Performed Functional, Regression Testing

Attending Defect triage calls with developers and solving the issue soon

Defect logging & tracking in the Test Management tool using JIRA which were found at execution time

Retested the defects once they have been resolved and updated the defect report

Participating in all the agile ceremonies - Sprint Planning, daily scrum calls, Sprint review, and Sprint retrospective
