DUTY & RESPONSIBILITIES

Material handled : SA 240 GR. SS304 & SS316L and IS 2062 E250 BR Gr.B and SA 106 Gr.B.

Check and Inspection of Raw materials like Plates,Flanges,Forgings, Fittings Fastener’s etc and Review of Mill Test Certificates/Mfg.TC.

Inspection of Weld Fit Up of Shell, Roof and Bottom Plates, Nozzle Pipe to Flange, Nozzle to shell, Shell to Curb Angle and Curb Angle to Roof.

Successful completion of inspection after ready to Inspection Reports for All joints and Structures. Also Ready the report for Material Heat Chart for all Parts.

After Welding Inspection to Conducting the Liquid Penetrant Test for All joints for identifying Surface Defects.

Duties include monitoring and reviewing engineering activities, review progress including client model reviews, and acting as Client technical authority on Tanks and Nozzles& mechanical types of equipment.

Responsible for fabrication & erection activities of Tanks, Nozzles(Piping’s) & Structural.

Arranging the Radiography Test and Checking for RT film Interpretations.

Checking Final Dimensional for Fabricated Tanks and Provide Some Points and Also Resolving the TPI Points.

Check and Verify the Painting of Outer Surface by using DFT.

Conducting the Hydro Test (Water Fill up test) for all Completely finished Storage Tanks.

DUTY & RESPONSIBILITIES

Material handled : EN10025 S235JR+N and S235JR .

Supervising of Site work for daily and weekly Progress requirements and Arranging the Permit’s.

Inspection of material of Structural members before Fit-Up.

Inspection of Joint Preparation during Fit-Up.

Checking FIT-UP, WELD VISUAL and FINAL DIMENSIONS of Structure and its members as per drawings and Standards.

Physically Measured All Pipes & Pipe Supports for this Plant.
