I have worked for many years in the construction fields, New York and Europe. I have obtained experience as a carpenter and as a project manager. I can do all types of general carpentry and interior renovations but I have also obtained experience as a project manager and submitted all projects assigned to me on a timely and satisfactory manner. Performed minor plumbing and electrical work, to complete projects.

General interior renovations for high wealth project private and commercial mainly Manhattan. Foresaw laborers, coordinated projects, ordered material and equipment. Dealt with architects, interior designers, electricians, plumbers, painters, surveyors, and all necessary relevant associates to complete projects. Provided all types of carpentry work such as placing partitions gypsums, spatula, kitchens. Performed minor plumbing and electrical work. Placed kitchen tiles, floor tiles, bathrooms wall and floor tiles. Overall foresaw the entire project to be completed as assigned to me.

Managed all projects commercial and private from small projects to large projects, coordinated workers, ordered material, dealt with architects, designers, surveyors, sub-contractors, reviewed and analyzed blue prints, AutoCAD, coordinated all the materials necessary, products and equipment to complete all the projects. First two years I worked as a carpenter, then I was promoted to project manager.

General maintenance in Cyprus, Limassol, Episkopi British Base, all types of work from plumbing, electric, tiles, kitchens, gypsum, partitions, painting, etc.

General renovations, kitchen installations, plumbing, marble floor placing, tile floor placing, bathroom tile placing, kitchen tile placing, partitions, door placements, and other general necessary carpentry tasks to complete the interior of private and commercial projects.
