The inhouse restaurants including 12 different spaces as well the entire catering department for both. I have spent over 12 years in the trade-show industry. I have ran booths, car shows, sports, chef tours, PGA tournaments etc. I have managed up to 3000 employees to run and implement each event. I have selected high end corporations to represent, Snapple, BMW, Concourse de Elegant, Super-bowls, Kraft, GNC, Red Bull, Yahoo, Pepsi to name a few. I have learned the extreme of setting up, driving a semi across the east coast. It has taught me some valuable lessons in my years of this industry.
