Prepare Work Instructions for inspection of new products/Revisions.

Identify the root cause using 7QC tools to In-house issues,assembly complaints and implement Kaizen/Poka-yoke concepts for quality improvements

Handling advanced QC tools for problem analysis and taking actions.

Responsible for Making skill matrix for quality inspectors and plan training accordingly

Conduct Poison Cake test for Inspectors for identify product defect knowledge

Creating the Monthly Rejection Pareto and analysis to control the in house rejection
