Objective

Mr. Leavenworth is seeking to further his people and engagement management skills in a technical environment. Currently, his focus is Business Analysis and engagement management with international responsibility for delivery within the Professional Services group. Prior work experience includes Business Analyst and Engagement Management for Cloud migration projects in several cities in the U.S. He is willing to travel up to 90% from his home base in Dallas, TX. This role required Mr. Leavenworth to manage projects for the IT Finance department that has global oversite of new projects related to finance, tax, legal, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE).

The finance landscape consists of

2 SAP S/4 instances

4 SAP ECC instances

5 Oracle R12 instances

Variety of smaller BAAN and Great Plains implementations.

Responsibilities included SOW/Contract review, budget management, and managing project engineers in India, the US, the UK, and the Netherlands.

Environment, Safety, and Governance (ESG) – a SaaS implementation of new software from Cority called WeSustain for the purpose of tracking and reporting emissions set forth by the Security & Exchange Commission (SEC) starting 2023. This project affected all 55 sites globally.

Supply Chain Finance (SCF) – implement a creditor program from Citi in order to generate $5 million working capital efficiencies for suppliers and for Flowserve and improve the return on cash for Citi. This was accomplished by extending payment terms while offering suppliers the option to be paid early through Citi. This project targeted all of the SAP and Oracle systems, typically only 1 or 2 sites per ERP except for the US where 5 sites were targeted. Currencies involved were USD, EUR, GBP, and INR.

PCard & VAT reclamation – define and deploy templates for iExpense, separate from existing Travel/Expense templates, onto a single Oracle instance in English, French, Spanish, and German. Then coordinate the export of information from the PCard expense reports out to a 3rd party VAT reclamation company and its response file information into all SAP and Oracle instances.

Carrier (California) – refactoring and improving their refrigerated container software, location tracking, device provisioning, and remote control

TEVA Health Systems (Israel) – adding AI to their existing patient and medical condition database, including enrichment from 3rd party sources such as weather conditions.

VoltaGrid (Texas) - writing custom software to remotely control their electrical power generation trailers used to supplement utility-provided power for operating oil fracking equipment

Twenty three customers doing migrations to Microsoft 365 from various email and document management platforms for customer companies in United States, approximately 5,000 mailboxes for this small & medium customer base
