Qualifications:

Six Sigma Green Belt. Experienced in Lean Manufacturing. Kaizen, SMED, 5S, Kanban, Design Of Experiments, Statistical Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Gage R&R, and IQ,OQ, PQ, GMP process validation procedures, ISO 9000 and AS9100 Standards. Experience with aerospace manufacturing processes: CNC machining, grinding, forming, welding, EDM, cleaning, coating, plating, NDT testing, X ray, and assembly. Designed class 2 articulators and dental orthodontia appliances, to be used companywide and sold industry wide. Provided technical assistance, reviewed and approved drawings and manufacturing documentation.
