Coordinating with the client for carrying out Sand Blasting / Painting, Insulation, Refractory & Fireproofing applicator qualification and inspections.

To reviewing and approving of subcontractors Method of statements, Material approval requests as per project & Vendor’s specifications and co-ordinate with client for approval.

Monitoring the work progress as per contract schedule and delivery in time to client.

Coordination with other discipline groups. Distribute assign action and follow-up of incoming correspondence to the discipline.

Carrying out regular surveillance inspections for Painting / Insulation / Refractory and Fireproofing activities on site and ensure latest approved revision documents are used, reviewing all quality records.

Ensuring all inspections is carried out as per ITP at work done area.

Attending and conducting subcontractors weekly progress meeting and discussing issues regarding HSE, Construction progress, Mobilization and Quality.

Responding NCR’s & SSR’s and follow up with site team to ensure all NCR’s / SSR’s are resolved and closed out.

Monitoring construction planning and coordinating with subcontractors for solving issues.

Distribute assign action and follow-up of incoming correspondence to the discipline.

Provide a high degree of Painting, Insulation, Fireproofing & Refractory works to the construction and execution teams. Ensure agreed availability of Painting, Insulation, Fireproofing & Refractory by technical inspections and high-quality repairs.

Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, WIN PCS, MS Power point, Navis Works, i-Dms & Photography.
